Conference on July 1ᵉʳ, 2019, in Libreville

This date is highly symbolic, as it corresponds to the anniversary of the "Act" signed by Ogoula Iquaqua Benoît before the French Resident on July 1, 1932.
1932-2019, eighty-seven years (87) later, we wanted to revive the "Act of July 1, 1932" during the vernissage of his book "Owanga ou l'Appel de l'Aurore".

Conference in port-gentil, october 12, 2019

In Port-Gentil, the line-up of speakers from Libreville was enriched by the presence of a woman of conviction: Mme Bignoumba (née Ilogué Jacqueline), President of the Union des pétroliers gabonais.
In front of an enthusiastic audience, enhanced by the presence of the Oroungou chieftaincy and local notables, the speakers introduced Port-Gentillais to a surprisingly forgotten figure in Gabon's national history. And yet he deserves better.
